Exploring Belief Systems from a spiritual standpoint is an interesting practice. We all have belief systems; they are part of our human experience, and most of us are aware of most of them, but what about the belief systems we carried into this lifetime from other lifetimes?
Does this make sense? I frequently quote: “Your past lifetimes have made you who you are today.” Belief systems are no exceptions to this statement, for they are part of our akashic records that hold significant energies of lessons to be learned.
On my healing journey I’ve discovered the truth to some of my own limitations. Meditation has been working well for me to tune in and listen to my Divine Guidance, and asking myself the right questions to explore outdated beliefs and mindsets that have stuck with me since childhood as well as previous lifetimes, that now have opened my eyes to the truth. In regards to these belief systems I came to the understanding that all belief systems are created or copied from an opinion that was fabricated without knowing the Divine Truth. What do I mean with Divine Truth? It’s the real truth of your true authentic self, your Higher Self or God-Connection.
Every individual is accountable for their own truth, has your mind created or followed a lie or did your heart-space tell you the truth? The truth is for most of us belief systems are lies, lies about ourselves and others or things that we have heard that are actually not for our highest good. A belief is being created after a repetitive thought gets stuck in our brain and gets fully integrated when there’s physical evidence or otherwise. So it must be right, right? No, it’s not right unless you feel this is for your highest good. But most often or not we don’t question these thoughts, beliefs or mindsets because we’ve already moved on to the next thing while life has taken its course.
Taking a step back and evaluating your thought processes can save you the hassle of undoing years of false belief systems. Creating healthy offsets to negative thoughts and emotions at the right time of expression or creation can support your healthy mindsets with ease. Showing up for yourself is not only self care but also creates a healthier lifestyle.
Believing in your ability to know your truth and using discernment to navigate your thoughts takes practice, no master is born overnight but just like Albert Einstein has said: “Failure is success in progress.” This quote itself is an offset to an old and outdated belief system that many people hold, the false thought of: “I’ve failed, I’m not good enough…”
I challenge everyone who is brave enough to question if they rather or not holding on to false belief systems and mindsets like that. It’s a journey of self-discovery that will always lead us to an understanding of who we truly are as individuals and as collective. Are your Belief Systems - Divine Truth or Lies?
Many blessings to you and yours,
Nici
